The policy is to specify tuition payment and refund rules for students. The policy will explain who is eligible for tuition payment and refunds and under what circumstances.

Policy/Procedures
Payment:

Payment of course fees to be by subscription card, one time only.
All payments in US $
Bank charges in Student Bank to be paid by Student, and bank charges in Noon learning Bank to be paid by noon learning

Refund

Students are eligible for a tuition refund in accordance with the limitations set forth in the below policy.

A full refund is made only for courses dropped before the end of the late registration period.

Students who drop a course after the deadline for late registration are not entitled to any refund for the course(s) dropped. However, students who withdraw before that time will receive a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund depends on the number of weeks which have elapsed since the beginning of classes. Refunds are made according to the following schedule:

  • First week of classes: eighty five percent tuition refund*
  • Second week: seventy percent tuition refund*
  • Third week: fifty percent tuition refund*
  • Fourth week: thirty percent tuition refund*
  • After the end of the forth week, no refunds will be made.

Long-term students who withdraw one day after registration can be refunded the amount paid minus refund percentage of 5%

Summer session students who withdraw more than one day after registration will receive a partial refund according to the following schedule:

By the end of the first week: sixty percent of tuition and fees.*
By the end of the second week: thirty five percent of tuition and fees.*
After the end of the second week no refunds will be made.

Refunds to be paid through Student bank account within one month from the date of receiving the request for Withdraw

All Bank Charges for refund to be paid by Student.
